Ingredients:
- Head of broccoli with the trees chopped off.
- 1 crushed melba toast, or a handful of bread crumbs for you non-diet people
- Spray butter (0 calories 0 fat), or EVOO or Pam for non-diet people
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Place all dry ingredients in a plastic baggie. Drop the broccoli in and shake until coated.
- Arrange the broccoli on a greased cookie sheet. (Greased with spray butter, EVOO or Pam)
- Cook for 20-25 minutes crisp-tender and the tips of some of the florets are browned.
When I made this I had Red Lobster’s Fried Broccoli in mind,a nd this wasn’t exactly the same, but it was similar and delicious.
